These terms apply to any Platinum membership you take out through this website. By joining, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you subscribe, and keep a copy for your records.

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a membership at our discretion.

Platinum membership is a subscription service billed monthly, beginning on the day you join and renewing automatically each month until it is cancelled.

The price is shown at the point of purchase and includes any applicable taxes. Payment is taken securely through our checkout provider, and you can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay and other supported methods.

No refunds or partial refunds are given.

If you want to cancel your recurring payment, you need to do so within 7 days of renewal, by email only, to keithgeorgeagent@gmail.com.

When a cancellation is received, your membership ends at the end of the current paid month and you will continue to receive the service until then.

Your statutory rights that apply by law are not affected by these terms.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The service provides information, observations and opinions about horse racing and, on occasion, other sports. It is not betting advice, financial advice, investment advice or a managed betting service.

We do not accept bets, do not hold customer funds and are not a bookmaker. Any betting decisions and stakes are entirely your own responsibility.

No outcome, strike rate or level of profit is promised or guaranteed. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results, and betting involves risk — you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Please gamble responsibly and only ever with money you can afford to lose. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, support and free, confidential advice is available from GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) and GambleAware (www.gambleaware.org).

Information is delivered on a best-efforts basis. Reports may occasionally be late, amended, reduced or withdrawn — for example around race times, withdrawals or fixture changes.

The content, format and scope of the service may change over time. If a change is material, we will notify members in advance where practical.

Sharing member-only content outside the membership, or misuse of the service, may result in cancellation without refund.

We process your personal data (such as your name, email address and payment details) to provide the service, take payments and communicate with you about your membership, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email keithgeorgeagent@gmail.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at www.ico.org.uk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any losses connected with betting decisions, including any decisions made on the basis of information shared through the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. Consumers may also use any alternative dispute resolution process available to them.
